Warranty Begins
The warranty period starts on the Start-Up date – Or - 60 days from invoice, whichever occurs first.
Basic Coverage
This warranty covers any repair or replacement of parts which becomes necessary due to a defect in materials and workmanship under normal use except those items listed under “Warranty Exclusions”.
Printed Circuit Boards and Servo Motors
Toshiba/Shibaura Machine printed circuit boards, amplifiers and servo motors are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months against failure due to defects in material and workmanship.
Non-Shibaura Manufactured Parts
Solenoid valves, coolant pumps, hydraulic pumps, hoses, tubing, air valves, and electrical components are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months against defects in material and workmanship. Filters and cutting tools are not covered.
Parts Shipment
Warranted parts will be expedited and shipped. Confirmation of parts availability will be given at time of replacement.
Warranted parts are shipped prepaid for “Next Day Delivery” however, delivery time is guaranteed only by availability and the carrier.
